We have no idea what caused it (afd.sys was mentioned?) but figured I would mention it.ĭo you own the game or are you looking to buy it? *EDIT* When I say max settings I am NOT including SuperSampling, although I may just switch to 1080p with 4xSSAA and see if the UI feels better the next time we play ZAT. Also, one BSOD that led to the end of our last gaming session. Says the game has great SLI scaling and has had a few drops to 40-45 FPS in demanding areas with lots of effects.
He plays at 1440p with all settings maxed and vsync enabled in game. It blows my mind but he is okay with tearing while trying to snipe. He plays at 1080p with all settings maxed and turns vsync off with no frame limiter. We all played in the same house with our own rigs and here is what we saw. Rather, I am looking to get the max real estate space on a monitor but NOT having to squint to read or scale text in. I do play some games (Civ 6, Witcher 3, World of Warcaft), but I am not a heavy gamer. I've recently been through the whole first game and up to the 3rd level of the second game with my brother and a friend of ours. Hi Guys, I am going to be buying a new pc and looking at a single GTX 1080 graphics card.
Seems I have to use at least 1620p for the card to clock up to 1000MHz and 3k/4k to keep max clocks. At first I had no idea how the game would run so I just picked 1440p with max settings.and my card wouldn't even clock up above 850MHz. Click to expand.I get a locked 60FPS during gameplay with my single 980Ti via DSR with an average of 75% GPU usage, all in game settings still at max but for some odd reason the menus run at 30.
